These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of De Marco Male Grooming Ltd's services, including but not limited to appointments for grooming services and purchases from our online store. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

1. Appointment Bookings:

1.1. Appointments for grooming services at our physical address, located at 1 Calverley Walk, Eastbourne, BN21 4UQ, United Kingdom, can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

1.2. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive punctually at the designated time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or being charged for the full appointment in the result of a no show.

2. Online Store:

2.1. Our online store offers male grooming products for sale. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

2.2. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product to arrange for a replacement.

2.3. Products purchased from our online store will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase to addresses within the United Kingdom.

3. User Conduct:

3.1. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. You may not use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of our services.

4. Intellectual Property:
